The answer to that is that Primed Shred is NOT good on: Launchers. Explosions only happen at the final hit. PT makes them funky or sometimes cause explosions to not even go off if you shoot the floor. Bows. Most have more than enough innate PT and Vile Acceleration gives more fire rate for less capacity.
